Long-term rentals

Weeks and months, at a better rate.

Rent the same car for a week or a month with a reduced base rate applied automatically to your estimate. Ideal while your own car is off the road, for a long project, or a season in Texas.

  • 7–27 billed days: 10% off base rent.
  • 28+ billed days: 20% off base rent.
  • Discount tiers never stack — the best single tier applies.

Rates and discounts shown on this site are proposals pending owner approval. Your final rate is confirmed in the invoice we email you.

Corporate rentals

One account for your team's Texas travel.

Set up a corporate arrangement and we will handle repeat trips, named drivers and invoicing through a single point of contact.

  • Consolidated invoicing by email.
  • Repeat trips and preferred vehicles kept on file.
  • Negotiated corporate rates agreed with your company.

Corporate pricing is agreed per company. Negotiated terms replace the public duration discount rather than stacking with it. We do not publish a corporate discount percentage — ask us and we will quote your account.

Rideshare requests

Driving for a platform? Ask first.

Rideshare driving is possible with Azrotec, but only on an eligible vehicle and under a specific written agreement. Tell us on your request and we will confirm what we can offer for your dates and city.

  • Rideshare use requires explicit vehicle eligibility.
  • A separate agreement is required before any rideshare driving.
  • Not every car in our fleet is rideshare-approved.
  • Azrotec is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any rideshare platform.

Unlimited mileage

Azrotec rentals include unlimited miles according to approved rental eligibility. The mileage terms that apply to your rental are set out in the rental agreement we send with your confirmation — if anything about your trip changes them, we tell you before you sign.

Optional

Premium Protection Plan

An optional protection plan is being finalised. On your reservation request you can ask us for information about it. It is never preselected, nothing is charged for it today, and it is added to a rental only after you have the written terms and agree to them.

Not yet published

Coverage, deductible and pricing are not configured. Anyone quoting you specific coverage before the terms exist is guessing — we would rather say so.

Loyalty

Azrotec Rewards

Azrotec points for repeat renters — our own program, not airline miles. The proposed rule is one point per $1 of eligible base rent, earned after a completed, paid rental.

The program is not active. Enrolment interest is a preference, not an account, and no points are earned or spendable until the terms are approved. Ask us at reservations@azrotec.com.
