Privacy notice
What we collect
When you send a reservation request we collect your first and last name, email address, mobile number, the trip details you enter (cities, dates and times), your preferred vehicle or class, your stated rental purpose and company if you give one, and any notes you write. We also record whether you asked for protection information, registered interest in rewards, and whether you opted in to marketing email.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, a social security number, payment card details or a driving licence image at the request stage.
Why we hold it
- To check availability and respond to your reservation request.
- To email your request receipt, and your confirmation and invoice if we confirm.
- To keep a record of what was quoted and agreed for the rental.
- To send marketing email — only if you separately opted in, and you can stop at any time.
Who sees it
Azrotec staff handling reservations. Our email delivery provider processes the messages we send you. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
Reservation requests and the quote recorded with them are kept as business records. A specific retention period is one of the items still being finalised with the owner and will be stated here before this notice is approved.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct or delete your request information by emailing reservations@azrotec.com. Marketing opt-in is separate from your reservation and unsubscribing never affects a rental.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Your in-progress reservation form is kept in your own browser's session storage so you do not lose it when you go back a step, and it is cleared when you submit.
