Azrotec Rewards
We are building a rewards program for repeat Texas renters: Azrotec points earned on eligible base rent after a completed, paid rental. The program is not live yet, so ask us about it when you request a car and we will tell you exactly where it stands.
Program terms, earning rates and any redemption value are pending owner approval. No points are earned or spendable today.
Premium Protection Plan
An optional protection plan is being finalised. You can ask for information with your reservation request — it is never added automatically and nothing is charged for it today.
Coverage details, pricing and any deductible are not published yet. We will send the written terms before anything is added to a rental.

FAQ
Questions, answered honestly.
Is my car confirmed as soon as I submit the request?
No. A request tells us what you need. We check availability against our actual fleet and email your confirmation and invoice once it is secured. Nothing is confirmed until that email arrives.
When do I pay?
Nothing is due when you request. Payment happens after we confirm availability and send your invoice. Taxes, fees and any deposit are shown on that invoice.
Which cities do you serve?
Austin, Dallas and Houston. Other Texas locations can be requested and are handled subject to availability and arrangements.
Can I choose a specific car?
You can tell us the exact vehicle you prefer. It is a preference pending confirmation — if that car is unavailable we will propose an alternative and only substitute with your agreement.
Are the cars approved for rideshare driving?
Rideshare use requires an eligible vehicle and a specific agreement. Tell us on your request and we will confirm what is possible. Not every car is rideshare-approved.
Do I need an account?
No. Requesting a car takes a few details and an email address. You can manage your request later with a secure link we email you.
