A request is not a reservation

Submitting the form on this site sends Azrotec a request. It does not hold a vehicle and it does not create a reservation. Your rental exists only once our team has checked availability and emailed you a confirmation from reservations@azrotec.com.

Payment

No payment is taken when you submit a request — $0 is due at that point. If we confirm your rental we send an invoice with your final amount. Taxes, fees and any deposit are set out in that invoice; they are not included in the estimate shown on this site.

Estimates

Any amount shown before confirmation is a base rental estimate calculated from the duration of your trip. Duration is calculated as the elapsed time between pickup and return, divided by 24 and rounded up, with a one-day minimum. Times are Central Time (America/Chicago). The estimate we record with your request is kept unchanged even if our published rates change later.

Your preferred vehicle

The car you choose is a preference. Our fleet is a fixed number of actual vehicles, so if your choice is not available for your dates we will propose an alternative. We do not substitute a different vehicle without your agreement.

Mileage

Unlimited miles apply according to approved rental eligibility. The mileage terms for your specific rental are stated in your rental agreement.

Rideshare use

Using an Azrotec vehicle for rideshare driving requires an eligible vehicle and a separate written agreement. Not every vehicle is rideshare-approved. Azrotec is not affiliated with any rideshare platform.

Optional protection

The Premium Protection Plan is optional, never preselected, and is not priced on this site. Asking for information about it does not add it to your rental and does not create a charge.

Changes and cancellation

Before confirmation, you can change or withdraw your request by using the secure link we email you or by replying to your receipt. After confirmation, changes are agreed with our team — we do not silently alter a confirmed trip.

Rewards

Azrotec Rewards is not active. Registering interest does not create an account, no points are earned for a request, and no redemption value exists until the program terms are published.
